Summer Track Program

Program Overview

Welcome to the Montbello Cheetahs Track Club’s Summer Recreational Program. The Montbello Cheetahs Track Club has been in operation since 2002. The track club is open to all boys and girls between the ages of 5-16 years old who are interested in track and field.

The goal for the 9-16 year olds is to transition them to become more goal oriented with their training.

The Montbello Cheetahs season runs from June through July. We are affiliated with the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) and Colorado Association for Recreational Athletics (C.A.R.A.) Track and Field Program.

Track meets are a fun way for athletes to actually compete against other teams around the state. During the season, there are 5 to 7 meets that are held on Saturdays at various locations around the state of Colorado.
The meets are open to all participants and serve as a chance for the athletes to test their skills they have developed in practice. Everyone who competes in a CARA event will receive a ribbon 1st – 8th place.

Athletes are encouraged to compete in at least 4 events (field/running).

Early Registration is $85.00 from April 1 – April 30.

Late Registration is $110.00 from May 1 – May 31.

All Uniforms are $25.00.

Registration closes May 31.
